放射治疗是一种重要的医疗手段,其产生的电离辐射不但发挥治疗效果,还可对局部机体或全身造成不同程度的损伤。现有的辐射防护剂因价格高昂、具有副作用等因素应用受到限制。近年来,超声微泡作为药物等治疗性物质的理想载体,其载药特性及通过超声辐照爆破靶向药物传递的特性在生物医学领域有着极大的应用潜力。本文就有望载入超声微泡进行抗辐射作用的药物和材料进行综述,为研发理想的新型抗辐射药物及方式提供借鉴。 |

Abstract: |
Radiotherapy is an essential medical method.The ionizing radiation from radiotherapy benefits human body,but causes damage to the body with varying degrees.Current radiation protection agents are limited in application due to the unaffordable price and serious side effects.In recent years,ultrasound microbubbles is an ideal carrier hold drugs and therapeutic gases.Its drug-carrying characteristics as well as the characteristics of drug delivery by blasting targeted drugs through ultrasonic irradiation,have great application potential in biomedicine.The review of several substances that can be loaded into ultrasound microbubbles for anti-radiation effects provides a basis for the development of ideal new anti-radiation drugs. |
