目前心血管疾病的发生率逐年增加,其结局是心力衰竭最终死亡,因此对心血管系统疾病的早期诊断、评估及干预治疗尤为重要。血流向量成像技术(VFM)是一种新颖的技术,基于彩色多普勒血流成像技术的最新发展,无需造影剂即可观察心腔内流体变化,可应用于心功能的准确评估。本研究就目前VFM对心功能评估的研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
At present, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing year by year, and the outcome is heart failure and death eventually. Therefore, the early diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of cardiovascular diseases are ultimately important.Vector flow mapping (VFM) is a novel technology based on the recent development of color Doppler blood flow imaging. It allows observation of the intracardiac blood fluid without a contrast medium and accurate assessment of cardiac function.The present research will review the new advances in assessment of cardiac function by vector flow mapping. |
