气囊(GVs)是一种遗传编码的、自然稳定的纳米结构,可以自由渗透周围介质中的气体,使其具有独特的声学、磁化率、光学特性,可作为多种成像方式的造影剂。通过对GVs基因的修饰,可对其性能进行改进,制备出可用于肿瘤诊断和治疗的复合材料;另外,将其开发为声学报告基因具有巨大潜力。本文就基于GVs的影像造影剂的最新研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
Gas vesicles (GVs), which are genetically encoded, naturally stable nanostructures, are freely permeable to gases in the surrounding media, making them have unique acoustic, magnetic and optical properties, then can be used as contrast agents for a variety of imaging methods. Through the modification of GVs gene, its properties can be improved and can be prepared for the composite materials that can be used for tumor diagnosis and treatment. In addition, it has great potential to develop GVs gene as acoustic reporter gene. The research progress of GVs based image contrast agents were reviewed in this article. |
