    摘要:

    肾组织活检是肾脏疾病诊断的金标准,但该方法是一项有创性检查,同时存在潜在的风险及临床禁忌人群,因此在临床的应用上具有一定的局限性。此外,受医疗技术和条件的限制,有些地方尚不能行肾穿刺活检术。与肾组织活检相比,超声弹性成像技术具有经济、无创、实时监测等优势,对评估儿童肾脏硬度及弹性变化具有重要的辅助作用。本文概述了超声弹性成像技术在儿童肾脏病中的应用及最新研究进展。

    Abstract:

    Renal biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of renal pathological changes, However, this method is an invasive examination, and there are potential risks and clinical contraindications, so it has certain limitations in clinical application. In addition, due to the limitation of medical technology and conditions, renal biopsy can not be performed in some places. Compared with renal biopsy, ultrasound elastography has the advantages of economy, noninvasive, real-time monitoring, and plays an important auxiliary role in evaluating the changes of kidney stiffness and elasticity in children. This paper summarizes the application and the latest research progress of ultrasound elastography in children with kidney disease.
