Abstract:Objective Use Meta analysis method to evaluate the diagnostic value of lung ultrasound for interstitial lung disease related to connective tissue disease. Methods PubMed, Embase,Cochrane library, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were searched during time from establishment to October 2020. Two researchers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of diagnostic tests found relevant literature and used QUADAS2 to evaluate the quality of the literature and used RevMan5.2、Stata12.0 and Meta-Disc 1.4 software for statistical analysis and calculated the pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and diagnostic odds ratio, drawed the summarized receiver operator characteristic (SROC) curve and calculated area under the curve (AUC), conducted heterogeneity test, sensitivity analysis and regression analysis, and used Deek’s test to analyze publication bias. Results A total of 11 articles were included, including 3 Chinese articles and 8 English articles, with a total of 599 patients. Meta analysis showed heterogeneity among studies and used random effects model, The pooled sensitivity was 0.92 (95%CI: 0.89~0.95), the pooled specificity was 0.73 (95%CI: 0.67~0.78),the pooled positive The likelihood ratio was 4.31 (95%CI: 2.39~7.77), the pooled negative likelihood ratio was 0.08 (95%CI: 0.04~0.18), the pooled diagnostic odds ratio was 53.11 (95%CI: 27.39~102.97), the area under the SROC curve was 0.94, Q* was 0.8796, there was no obvious publication bias. Conclusion: Meta analysis shows that lung ultrasound has a high diagnostic value for connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease.
