Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation between ultrasonic elasticity score, strain rate ratio and expression of PDCD4, EGCG and TPX2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods: The clinical data of 86 patients with thyroid nodules who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected. All patients were single thyroid nodules. According to the pathological results, they were divided into PTC group (106 cases, 106 thyroid nodules) Section) and benign tumor group (80 cases, 80 thyroid nodules), all patients underwent ultrasound elastography and tissue biopsy. The differences in elasticity score and strain rate ratio (SR) between the PTC group and the benign tumor group were compared, and the correlation between the elasticity score and SR value of PTC patients and PDCD4, EGCG, TPX2 was analyzed. Results: The elasticity score and SR value of the PTC group were significantly higher than those of the benign tumor group (P<0.05). The expression of PDCD4 and EGCG in the nodules of the PTC group was significantly lower than that of the benign tumor group (P<0.05), while the expression of TPX2 was significantly higher than that of the benign tumor group (P<0.05). The elasticity score and SR value of PTC patients are negatively correlated with the expression of PDCD4 and EGCG (P<0.05), and positively correlated with the expression of TPX2 (P<0.05).Conclusion: The elasticity score and SR value of PTC and benign thyroid tumors are significantly different. The elasticity score and SR value of PTC are negatively correlated with the expression of PDCD4 and EGCG, and positively correlated with the expression of TPX2, which further shows that ultrasound elastography can accurately differentiate and diagnose thyroid The benign and malignant nodules can reflect the malignant biological behavior of PTC to a certain extent, and have high clinical application value.
