Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical value of spatio-temporal image correlation to diagnosis right aortic arch with mirror branch (RAA-MB) and double aortic arch (DAA) with fetuses. Methods: A total of twelve cases RAA-MB six cases DAA were diagnosed using two-dimensional (2D), HD-Flow, and HD-Flow combined STIC retrospectively analysed. Follow-up the condition of neonates heart and analyse the diagnosis value between RAA-MB and DAA with HD-Flow combined STIC. Results: There were eleven RAA-MB cases and six DAA cases STIC images were obtained, and this technique provided a stereoscopic and visual image for the diagnosis of RAA-MB and DAA. The accuracy of 2D combined with HD-Flow to diagnosis RAA-MB was 75.0%,the accuracy of 2D combined with HD-Flow to diagnosis DAA was 83.3%,the accuracy of HD-Flow combined with STIC to diagnosis RAA-MB and DAA were 100%. Conclusion: Therefore, HD-Flow combined STIC technology can be used to assist the diagnosis of fetal RAA-MB and DAA , and this technique has important clinical value.
