| 阴部神经痛为难治性神经病理性疼痛疾病，盲穿行神经阻滞等传统方法疗效欠佳，因此可视化下精准操作十分重要。近年来，超声引导因定位精准、无辐射等优点在辅助治疗阴部神经痛患者中得到成功应用，不仅能提供更加精确的诊断，也提高了患者中长期的疗效。本文就超声引导辅助阴部神经痛治疗的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Pudendal neuralgia (PN) is a refractory neuropathic pain disease, which traditional methods are poor efficacy, such as blind nerve block. Therefore, the visualization of accurate operation is crucial. In recent years, ultrasound has been successfully applied in the auxiliary treatment of patients with pudendal neuralgia due to precise positioning and radiation-free etc., which can not only provide more accurate diagnosis, but also improve the efficacy in medium- and long-term. In this manuscript, we review the progress of ultrasound-guided in treatment of pudendal neuralgia. |
