目的 探讨高频超声对手腕部肌腱断裂修复术后患指功能障碍评估的价值。方法 52例手腕部肌腱断裂修复术后出现不同程度患指活动障碍而来我院就诊的患者,应用高频超声对损伤部位进行检查,分析其活动受限的原因,并根据超声检查结果采取相应治疗措施。结果 根据肌腱超声表现将肌腱修复术后的两断端连接分为腱性连接、瘢痕连接和未连接:① 腱性连接9根,其中1例合并指骨骨折。② 瘢痕连接65根,其中63根有粘连,1根瘢痕受阻于骨纤维管道,1根肌腱松弛。③ 未连接9根。根据超声评估结果并结合患者意愿采取康复治疗或手术,治疗后患指功能得到明显改善。结论 对手腕部肌腱断裂修复术后患指功能障碍患者进行高频超声检查,能明确术后患指功能障碍的原因,指导进一步康复或手术治疗。 |

Retrospective study of ultrasound in assessing finger dysfunction after tendon repair in hand and twist |

Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in analyzing the etiology of dysfunction after tendon repair. Method Fifty two patients who had finger dysfunction after tendon repair were included. The injured places were scanned with high frequency ultrasound in order to analyse the etiology of dysfunction, and treated according to ultrasound reports. Results According to ultrasonoscopy, the types of connection after tendon repair were divided into tendon connection, scar connection and non connection: ① Nine tendons were tendon connection, one with bone fracture. ② Sixty five tendons were scar connection, sixty three complicated by adhesion, one was stopped by bone-fiber tunnel and one complicated by tendon lax. ③ Nine tendons were non connection. Finger movement improved after undergoing rehabilitation or surgery according to the ultrasound reports. Conclusion The etiology of finger dysfunction after tendon repair could be distinguished by high frequency ultrasound, which would be helpful in guiding further treatment. |
