随着超声心动图定量分析技术的广泛应用,收缩后收缩(PSS)和收缩早期伸长(ESL)这类微小心肌运动的分析得以实现。PSS和ESL对于客观且早期地评估心功能受损有较高的价值,有助于提高心肌缺血的诊断准确性,且在一些方面相比常规参数更有优势。另外,PSS和ESL在非缺血性心脏疾病的心功能评估中也有一定的应用价值。本文就PSS和ESL及其在心脏疾病中的应用进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
With the extensive application of quantitative analysis techniques of echocardiography, the analysis of subtle myocardial deformation such as postsystolic shortening (PSS) and early systolic lengthening (ESL) has been realized.Higher diagnostic accuracy of myocardial ischemia can be provided by assessment of PSS and ESL,which have more advantages than conventional parameters in some aspects.In addition,PSS and ESL are also useful parameters for the evaluation of cardiac function of non-ischemic heart diseases.PSS and ESL and their applications in heart diseases were reviewed in this article. |
