| 【摘要】目的 研究左冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉的超声诊断和鉴别诊断。方法 回顾分析我院经手术治疗左冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉的21例患者彩色多普勒超声诊断以及漏误诊情况。结果 21例左冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉的患儿，17例超声首诊明确诊断，3例误诊，1例漏诊，漏误诊率19.0％。结论 彩色多普勒超声是左冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉的首选检查方法，临床价值较高，但鉴别诊断也不容忽视。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To study the ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosisthe of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary. Methods To retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and misdiagnosis of 21 patients with left coronary artery abnormality in our hospital.Results 21 patients with left coronary artery abnormality originated from pulmonary artery, 17 first ultrasound diagnosis, 3 misdiagnosis, one missed diagnosis, and 19.0% of misdiagnosis rate. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is the preferred examination method of left coronary artery abnormality, with high clinical value, but the differential diagnosis cannot be ignored. |
