| 射血分数保留的心力衰竭（heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, HFpEF）是心力衰竭（heart failure, HF）的重要类型，具有较高的发病率和死亡率。目前HFpEF的研究主要集中在左心方面，但右心结构异常和功能障碍在HFpEF普遍存在。超声心动图作为一种重要的诊断工具，对右心结构和功能的评估具有独到的优势，且具有重要预后价值。本文就超声心动图评价右心结构与功能在HFpEF中的应用现状和预后价值进行综述。 |

| Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is an important phenotype in heart failure (HF), which has considerable morbidity and mortality. Researches on HFpEF have mainly focused on the left side currently, but abnormalities of structures and dysfunction of the right heart are common in HFpEF. As an important diagnostic tool, echocardiography has unique advantages in the evaluation of right heart structure and function, and important prognostic value. This article reviews the current application and the prognostic value of the structure and function of right heart in HFpEF?evaluated by?echocardiography. |
