化学治疗和放射治疗是当今治疗肿瘤的常用方法。蒽环类药物作为常用的肿瘤治疗药物,会对患者的心脏带来一定的毒性作用。而放射治疗同样会因高的治疗剂量,对心肌细胞造成损伤,从而导致心血管相关的临床疾病。放化疗相关心脏毒性影响患者的生存质量和生存率,早期发现放化疗相关心脏毒性对患者的长期预后起着重要作用。超声心动图作为一种经济、无创、可重复、快速便捷的检查手段,在放化疗相关心脏毒性的筛查、诊断、监测中都起着不可替代的作用。本文就超声心动图及其新技术评估肿瘤放化疗相关心脏毒性的研究进展进行综述。 |

Progress of echocardiography in evaluating the cardiotoxicity associated with tumor therapy |

Abstract: |
Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are commonly used in the treatment of tumors. Anthracyclines that commonly used in the treatment of cancer can be toxic to the heart. Radiation therapy can also cause myocardial cells damaging due to high therapeutic doses, resulting in cardiovascular related clinical diseases. Cardiotoxicity related to radiotherapy and chemotherapy affects the quality of life and survival rate of patients. Early detection of radiochemotherapy cardiotoxicity plays an important role in the long-term prognosis of patients. As an economical, non-invasive, repeatable, rapid and convenient examination method, echocardiography plays an irreplaceable role in the screening, diagnosis and monitoring of cardiotoxicity related to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This article reviews the progress of echocardiography and its new technique in the evaluation of cardiotoxicity related to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. |
