神经调控技术为神经回路功能障碍所致疾病的治疗提供了新的思路,经颅低强度聚焦超声作为一项新的技术,与经颅磁刺激和经颅电刺激相比,其穿透能力更强,可聚焦于毫米级区域,实现更为精准的双向、可逆的神经调控。本文回顾了经颅低强度聚焦超声的发展历程,以特发性震颤、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病及抑郁症为例介绍了其在疾病治疗中的应用,并综述了近年来经颅低强度聚焦超声的研究进展。 |

Abstract: |
Neuromodulation technology has provided new ideas for the treatment of diseases caused by dysfunction of neural circuits. As a new technology, transcranial low-intensity focused ultrasound has a better penetration ability compared with transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial electrical stimulation. And it can focus on the millimeter scale region to achieve more precise neuromodulation. This paper reviews the development of transcranial low intensity focused ultrasound, introduces the application of transcranial low intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of essential tremor, Alzheimer's disease , Parkinson's disease and depressive disorder, and reviews the research progress of transcranial low intensity focused ultrasound in recent years. |
