Objective To investigate the monitoring effect of 3D transesophageal echocardiography in transapical transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TA-TAVR).Methods Forty-four consecutive patients with?aortic stenosis underwent J-Valve valves replacement via the transapical route at Xijing Hospital were selected. All patients underwent 3D-TEE examination to evaluation of aortic root structure, valve lesions under 2 Preoperative TEE was applied,Guide the J-Valve delivery system into the left ventricle and release the prosthetic valve during the operation, and evaluate the effect and postoperative complications immediately after procedure. Results Under the guidance of 3D-TEE real-time monitoring,42 of 44 patients successfully implanted J-Valve,with a success rate of 95.45%.The coincidence rate between the valve model predicted by 3D-TEE and the final implanted valve model was 76.19%.The incidence of immediate postoperative perivalvular leakage was 33.33%.Compared with preoperative, there was no significant change in left ventricular ejection fraction postoperative. Conclusion Three-dimensional-TEE plays an important role in guiding TA-TAVR,and can evaluate the effect and complications immediately. It is an indispensable auxiliary means for success of TA-TAVR.
