目的 通过建立矽肺大鼠模型,研究矽肺大鼠模型肺组织病变的超声声像图表现,探讨应用超声检查技术在矽肺大鼠模型中的可行性。方法 选取SPF级SD大鼠17只,采用非暴露染尘法向大鼠气管内注入1ml无菌矽尘混悬液,建立矽肺大鼠模型。染尘前,所有大鼠行肺部超声检查,记录肺部超声表现(胸膜线、B线、肺周围组织情况),并留存图像;行肺部HRCT检查,留存图像,观察肺部情况。染尘1月后,采用同样的方法给所有大鼠行肺部超声、HRCT检查,随即处死大鼠,取肺组织制作病理标本,经HE和Masson染色,光镜下观察。结果 染尘前,超声表现:所有大鼠声像图表现为胸膜线连续性好、光滑,无B线增多,无肺周围组织病变;HRCT表现:图像质量不佳,肺纹理模糊显示。染尘1月后,超声表现:与染尘前比较,9只(52.94%)大鼠肺周围组织低回声团;14只(82.35%)大鼠出现B线增多;17只(100%)大鼠探及胸膜线增厚,染尘前、染尘后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);14只(82.35%)大鼠探及胸膜线模糊、不规则且连续性中断。HRCT表现:图像质量不佳,肺纹理显示模糊,肺内大病灶轮廓尚可以显示,细节部分显示不清,微小病灶难以显示。病理结果:光镜下大鼠肺组织正常结构破坏,肺泡间隔增厚,细胞性矽结节形成,纤维组织增生,胶原纤维沉积增多。结论 超声检查矽肺大鼠肺部可探及胸膜线异常改变、B线增多、肺周围组织低回声团等特征性声像图表现,认为应用超声检查技术在矽肺大鼠模型中具有可行性。 |

objective By establishing silicosis rat model,To study the ultrasonographic manifestations of lung lesions in silicosis rat model,To investigate the feasibility of ultrasonic examination in silicosis rat model.method Seventeen SPF SD rats were selected, and 1ml sterile silica dust suspension was injected into the trachea of the rats by non-exposure dust contamination method to establish silicosis rat model.Dye dust before,All rats were examined by lung ultrasound,Ultrasound findings of lung were recorded (Pleural line、b lines、 surrounding lung tissue),And retain the image;Lung HRCT was performed, images were retained, and lung conditions were observed. One month after dust exposure, all rats were examined by lung ultrasound and HRCT with the same method. Then the rats were sacrificed and their lung tissues were collected for pathological specimens, which were stained by HE and Masson and observed under light microscope.result Dye dust before,ultrasonic display:The sonogram of all rats showed smooth pleural line with good continuity, no increase of B line and no lesion of peripulmonary tissue;HRCT performance:Image quality is poor and lung texture is blurred.After 1 month of dust exposure,ultrasonic display:Compared with before dust exposure,9 rats (52.94%) had hypoechoic clusters around lung tissue;14 rats (82.35%) showed increased B line;Pleural line thickening was detected in 17 rats (100%), and the difference was statistically significant before and after dust (P lt; 0.05);14 rats (82.35%) were found to have blurred and irregular pleural lines with discontinuity.HRCT performance:The image quality is poor and the lung texture is blurred.The outline of the large lesion in the lung can be displayed, the details are not clear, and the small lesion is difficult to display.pathology results:Under light microscope, the normal structure of lung tissue in rats was destroyed, alveolar septum was thickened, cellular silicon nodules were formed, fibrous tissue hyperplasia and collagen fiber deposition increased.conclusion Ultrasonographic examination of the lungs of silicosis rats can be found abnormal changes in the pleural line, increased B line, low echoic mass around the lungs and other characteristic sonographic findings,It is concluded that ultrasonography is feasible in silicosis rat model. |
