Abstract:Objective: To analyze the value of ultrasound fibrotouch controlled attenuation parameters in the evaluation of different degrees of fatty liver. Methods: From June 2018 to June 2022, 120 patients with different degrees of fatty liver were selected as the test group, and 50 healthy volunteers without fatty liver were randomly selected as the control group. Both groups were tested by fibrotouch and liver biopsy. Construct the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, judge the degree of fatty liver disease through the difference of area under the curve (AUC) and fat attenuation parameters, and calculate the sensitivity and specificity. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to establish the regression equation to understand the factors affecting the controlled attenuation parameters. Results: The controlled attenuation parameters of the control group and patients with mild, moderate and severe fatty liver were (198.52 ± 18.54) dB / m, (234.56 ± 17.62) dB / m, (286.97 ± 23.49) dB / M and (342.82 ± 20.55) dB / m, respectively; The AUC of patients with mild, moderate and severe fatty liver were 0.952, 0.976 and 0.982 respectively, and the corresponding diagnostic cutoff points were 225 dB / m, 256 dB / M and 291 dB / m respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of diagnosing patients with different degrees of fatty liver were more than 85%. The main factors affecting the controlled attenuation parameters were BMI, degree of steatosis, triglyceride, balloon like change, liver hardness, etc., which had nothing to do with insulin level, alanine aminotransferase, etc. Conclusion: Different degrees of fatty liver can be evaluated by ultrasound fibrotouch controlled attenuation parameters, with good sensitivity and specificity.
