目的 探讨PDCA循环法在降低超声测值报告错误中的应用价值。方法 以每季度为单位,回顾收集2017年10月至2018年9月重庆医科大学附属第三医院超声科测值填写错误的报告例数,科室持续质量改进小组(CQI)每季度运用PDCA循环法对因测值填写错误的报告进行改进,用χ2检验对PDCA循环管理前、后测值报告错误例数的差异进行分析。结果 PDCA循环管理前测值错误报告占比0.22‰(6/27059),连续多个PDCA循环管理后测值错误报告占比0.03‰(1/36378),测值报告错误例数明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.047<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法可以有效降低超声测值报告错误的发生率,保障医疗质量安全。 |

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle method in reducing errors in ultrasonic measurement reporting. Methods From October 2017 to September 2018, the number of cases reporting errors of measurement in the ultrasound department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was retrospectively collected on a quarterly basis. The continuous quality improvement team of the department (CQI) used PDCA cycle method to improve the reports due to measurement error reporting every quarter. Chi-square test was used to analyze the difference between the number of measurement error cases reported before and after PDCA cycle management. Results The proportion of measurement error report before PDCA cycle management was 0.22‰ (6/27059), and the proportion of measurement error report after multiple PDCA cycle management was 0.03‰ (1/36378). The number of measurement error report cases was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.047 < 0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle method can effectively reduce the incidence of measurement report errors and ensure the quality and safety of medical treatment. |
