Abstract:A 28-year-old female patient came to the doctor for 41 days of menopause and intermittent abdominal pain for 4 days. 12 years old with menarche, 4th pregnancy, 1 miscarriage, 2 times, regular menstrual cycle, 30-day cycle, this time there was vaginal bleeding once after 30 days of menopause, the amount was less than usual. 4 days ago, there was no obvious incentive for lower abdominal distension and pain, which lasted for 1+ hours and improved, and then intermittent dull pain. Gynecological examination: thickening of the right adnexal area, mild tenderness, smooth cervix, no lifting pain, closed cervix, no bleeding. Laboratory tests: urine HCG was positive.
