ABSTRACT Objective By summarizing the echocardiography characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with spatiotemporal image correlation(STIC) in Berry syndrome of the fetus, the diagnostic value of STIC were evaluated. Methods The ultrasonic data of 8 Berry syndrome fetus diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound were identified retrospectively, including two-dementional images,Color Doppler flow and STIC.Features of echocardiography and value of STIC in dignosing Berry syndrome were analysed. Results All cases were found with aortopulmonary septal defect(3 cases of type I and 5 cases of type II),abnoraml origin of right pulmonary from asendibg artery, interruption of aortic arch(6 cases of type A and 2 cases of type B).3 cases were isolated Berry syndrome and 5 cases were complicated with other intracardiac structural malformations,2 cases of which was found dilated coronary sinus and persistent left superior vena cava,2 cases was diagnosed with right aortic arch and aberrant left subclavian artery and 1 case with double outlet of right ventricle.Satisfactory STIC images were obtained in 8 cases of Berry syndrome, which clearly showed the amputated location of aortic arch and the origin of left and right pulmonary arteries. Conclusion 2D combined with STIC can assit the diagnosis of fetal Berry syndrome and has important clinical value.
