Abstract: |
Due to ultrasound-driven sonodynamic therapy has the advantages of non-invasiveness, targeting and tissue penetration, and significantly enhances the tumor treatment effect, it has a good application prospect in tumor prevention and treatment. At present, there is still a lack of overview of the effect of ultrasonic mechanical force in the mechanism research of sonodynamic therapy. Therefore, we review the current research progress of sonodynamic therapy in vivo and in vitro, integrate the mechanism of sonodynamic therapy in mechanical force, and provide readers with mechanistic force insights into the potential of sonodynamic therapy in cancer treatment. |
