Ultrasound combined with CT scan is the first choice for the diagnosis of foreign bodies and complications in the digestive tract. This case is a patient who has undergone choledochojejunostomy in an external hospital for many years. Due to his recent abdominal discomfort, he came to our outpatient clinic for treatment. The outpatient doctor received the "intrahepatic bile duct stone" and performed surgery in our hospital. During the operation, the ultrasound examination found that the linear high echo in the area of the hilar choledochojejunostomy was considered, and the foreign body was located. The patient was removed during the operation, avoiding the risk of long-term complications.
