Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters and the high expression of Ki-67 in invasive breast cancer. Methods 66 patients with invasive breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively from October 2019 to October 2022. The patients were divided into two groups: high Ki-67 expression and low Ki-67 expression group. There were compared between the two groups, include the Two Dimensional (2D) characteristics, Arrival Time (AT) , Time To Peak (TTP) , Peak Intensity (PI) , Ascending Slope (AS) , Descending Time/2(DT/2) , Mean Transit Time (MTT) and Area Under Curve (AUC). Logistic regression was used to analyze the ultrasound indexes with statistical significance, and the prediction model of Ki-67 High expression was established and its predictive performance was analyzed. Results A model for predicting Ki-67 high expression group was established : Logistic (p) = 1.335-0.937 * AT + 0.281 * PI + 2.834 * blood flow grade(Ⅱ-Ⅲ). Conclusion CEUS parameters combined with blood flow grading model can provide some imaging evidence for noninvasive assessment of tumor cell proliferation and tumor angiogenesis in invasive breast cancer.
