Abstract:This article reports a 63-year-old man with malignant thymoma and found irregular boundaries and uneven internal echoes around the heart. In this study, two-dimensional echocardiography and contrast echocardiography were used to evaluate the morphology, blood supply and type of the heart tumour. The angiography showed that the tumour was likely to be malignant, and the final pathological results confirmed that the tumour was malignant thymoma cardiac metastasis. Contrast echocardiography can provide compelling evidence for the evaluation of benign and malignant cardiac tumours.
