Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of the ultrasound features of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) in predicting the expression status of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) in breast cancer patients. Methods: Prospectively enrolled 88 breast cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 as research subjects. CEUS ultrasound characteristics of all subjects were collected upon admission and received conventional breast cancer treatment. After discharge from the hospital The patients were followed up for 1 year through the outpatient clinic or telephone, and the HER-2 expression of the patients was detected at the last follow-up, and the patients were divided into a positive group and a negative group according to the last HER-2 expression of the patients. The logistics regression equation was used to analyze the correlation between CEUS ultrasound features and HER-2 expression status in breast cancer patients, and a prediction model based on CEUS ultrasound features was constructed to analyze its value in predicting HER-2 expression status. Results: As of the last follow-up date of December 18, 2020, a total of 4 patients were lost to follow-up, 5 patients died, and finally 79 patients completed follow-up. Among them, 42 patients were positive for HER-2 and were in the positive group, and 37 were HER- 2 Patients with negative expression are the negative group. Univariate analysis showed that CEUS ultrasound characteristic filling defect, perforating vessel sign, PT, AUC, K value positive group and negative group were different (P<0.05); Logistics analysis showed CEUS ultrasound characteristic Logistics analysis showed CEUS ultrasound characteristic perforating vessel Signs (OR=22.015), PT (OR=0.381), AUC (OR=1.629), K (OR=4.010) are correlated with the HER-2 expression status of breast cancer patients; construct a nomogram prediction model of CEUS ultrasound features The C-index showing that the prediction model predicts the HER-2 expression state of breast cancer patients is 0.946, and the calibration curve shows that the absolute error of the prediction probability of the nomogram model is 0.016. Conclusion: CEUS ultrasound features perforator signs, PT, AUC, and K values are correlated with the HER-2 expression status of breast cancer patients. The prediction model established based on this can be used as an early predictor for clinicians to predict the positive expression of HER-2 in breast cancer patients. tool.
