Abstract:Objective To explore the evaluation ability and clinical application value of soleus muscle ultrasound shear wave elastography in assessing the distal deep venous blood flow stasis of lower extremities. Methods Using the calf muscle venous dilation as the criterion for distal deep venous blood flow stasis, the both of lower limbs of 136 patients with lower extremity deep venous ultrasound examination were divided into dilation group and normal group, the differences in clinical data between the two groups were compared and the risk factors of dilated calf muscle veins were explored using multifactorial logistic analysis. The results of soleus muscle shear wave elastography and conventional ultrasound blood flow stasis evaluation methods were analyzed between the dilation group and normal group. The ROC curve was constructed to analyze their diagnostic performance. Results Young"s modulus value of the soleus
