| 附着点炎在健康人及风湿免疫疾病人群中有着较高发病率,随着研究的不断进展,我们发现肌骨超声评估附着点炎的情况与一些风湿免疫疾病患者的疾病活动度、生活质量有一定的关联。目前已有较多共识建议临床工作者对一些风湿免疫疾病的患者附着点炎进行关注,进一步强调了附着点的临床作用,超声作为评估附着点的首选方法,已被越来越多的研究者关注。现有肌骨超声为研究附着点炎开发了较多的超声评分系统,但是这些评分系统存在一定的不足。本综述从附着点概念出发、对附着点评估方式、肌骨超声在附着点炎中的应用现状进行了较为详细的阐述,并对未来附着点炎超声评估研究作了合理的展望。 |

| As the study progresses, we have found that enthesitis is more common in people with rheumatic immune diseases and is associated with disease activity and quality of life with them.At present, there is a lot of consensus suggesting that clinical workers should pay attention to enthesitis in patients with rheumatic immune diseases, which further emphasizes the clinical significance of enthesitis. As a preferred method to evaluate entheses,ultrasound has been paid attention by more and more researchers.More and more musculoskeletal ultrasound scoring systems have been developed for the study of enthesitis, but these scoring systems have some drawbacks. This review summarizes the evaluation methods of enthesitis and the application progress of musculoskeletal ultrasound in enthesitis,explains the concept of enthesitis, and makes a reasonable prospect for the future study of ultrasound evaluation. |
