    摘要:

    超声,是一种频率高于20000Hz的机械波,具有方向性好、穿透能力强、在水中传播距离远等特点,在医学上得到广泛应用。位于大脑半球凸面或浅部的肿瘤,如脑膜瘤等,手术容易定位、切除;而脑深部肿瘤由于其位置的特殊性,治疗方法也更加综合。在脑肿瘤的诊疗过程中,超声不仅可以用来识别肿瘤的大小、形状、位置和深度,帮助医生更精确地定位和切除肿瘤,减少手术的创伤和损伤,还可以辅助肿瘤治疗药物跨越血脑屏障进入靶向部位,甚至直接消融肿瘤。本文主要从非手术应用和手术应用两方面综述超声在脑深部肿瘤治疗中的辅助作用。

    Abstract:

    Ultrasound is a mechanical wave with a frequency higher than 20000Hz, which has the characteristics of good directivity, strong penetration, and long propagation distance in water, and is widely used in medicine. Tumors located in the convex or superficial part of the cerebral hemisphere, such as meningioma, are easy to locate and resect. However, due to the special location of deep brain tumors, the treatment methods are more comprehensive. In the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors, ultrasound can not only be used to identify the size, shape, location and depth of the tumor, help doctors locate and remove the tumor more accurately, reduce surgical trauma and injury, but also assist tumor therapy drugs to cross the blood-brain barrier into the targeted site, or even directly ablate the tumor. This article mainly reviews the auxiliary role of ultrasound in the treatment of deep brain tumor from the aspects of non-surgical application and surgical application.
