心房颤动(以下简称房颤)是最常见的室上性心律失常,不仅影响心房功能,还会导致心室结构和功能异常,因此早期准确地评估房颤患者心室结构和功能变化对治疗方案的制定及预后评估均具有重要的临床意义。本文就经食管超声心动图、实时三维超声心动图、斑点追踪超声心动图和超声心肌做功技术评估房颤患者心室结构和功能的研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
Atrial Fibrillation(AF) is the most common supraventricular arrhythmia,which not only affects atrial function,but also leads to abnormal ventricular structure and function.Therefore,early and accurate evaluation of ventricular structure and function changes in patients with AF has important clinical significance for treatment planning and prognosis.This article reviews the research progress of transesophageal echocardiography, real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, speckle tracking echocardiography and ultrasonic myocardial work in the evaluation of ventricular structure and function in patients with atrial fibrillation. |
