    目的 基于 CiteSpace 对2014—2024年国内外超声应用于医疗机器人的相关文献可视化分析。方法 计算机检索 2014年1月1日—2024 年4月16日中国知网(CNKI)和 Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库收录的超声应用于医疗机器人相关文献。通过 CiteSpace 6.3.R1 对文献发表时间、国家分布、机构分布、作者分布、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献 323 篇、英文文献880 篇,2014—2024年护士主导的超声应用于医疗机器人的相关文献相关中英文文献发文量持续增长,英文文献以美国产出为主,国家间合作较少,机构间合作较多;中文文献机构间合作较少,未形成规模的研究群体。国内外护士主导的医疗超声机器人共同的研究热点涉及手术干预、远程诊断、同时亦涉足自主扫描及三维成像等。结论 医疗超声机器人相关研究领域处于快速发展阶段,未来研究应注重作者、机构、学科间合作,以推动医疗机器人超声事业的发展。

    Abstract:

    Objective Based on CiteSpace, the literature on ultrasound application in medical robots at home and abroad during 2014-2024 was visually analyzed. Methods From January 1, 2014 to April 16, 2024, literature related to ultrasound application in medical robots collected by CNKI and Web of Science (WOS) core collection database were searched by computer. CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was used for visual analysis of publication time, country distribution, institution distribution, author distribution and Keywords. Results A total of 323 literatures in Chinese and 880 literatures in English were included. From 2014 to 2024, the number of literatures related to nursery-led ultrasound application in medical robots in both Chinese and English continued to increase, and the English literatures were mainly produced in the United States, with less cooperation between countries and more cooperation between institutions. There is less inter-institutional cooperation in Chinese literature, and no large-scale research group has been formed. The common research focus of medical ultrasound robots led by nurses at home and abroad involves surgical intervention, remote diagnosis, autonomous scanning and three-dimensional imaging. Conclusion The research field related to medical ultrasonic robot is in the stage of rapid development, and the future research should focus on the cooperation among authors, institutions and disciplines to promote the development of medical robot ultrasound.
