二维超声心动图是临床上诊断心脏疾病最常应用的影像技术。但是,由于超声波的物理特性、超声波与人体组织的相互作用及超声仪器本身性能等因素,超声成像中会出现多种伪像。识别超声成像中的伪像,有助于避免由此导致的误释和误诊。本文旨在综述二维超声心动图检查中常见的伪像、分析伪像形成的物理机制、以及如何避免这些伪像及其导致的误诊。 |

Abstract: |
ABSTRACT Two-dimensional echocardiography is the most commonly used imaging modality for the diagnosis of heart disease. However, because of the physical properties of ultrasound waves, the interaction of ultrasound waves with tissues, and ultrasound equipment, echocardiographers are often confronted with ultrasound image artifacts. It is important to recognize such artifacts in order to avoid misinterpretation and misdiagnosis. The article summarizes the most common image artifacts encountered in routine clinical practice and their physical mechanisms, and how to avoid these artifacts and misdiagnoses. |
