现有超声科住院医师规范化培训的实践考核存在量化程度不深、量化范围不全、量化内容不具体等问题。本文基于超声专业实践操作和诊断的临床实际,通过制定具体、细化的评分项目,适当借鉴临床科研中的统计评价方法,兼顾培训中学与教两个方面,从图像留取、测值、诊断三个环节对实践考核量化评分方案进行探讨。 |

Abstract: |
The current practice assessment in standardized training for resident doctors of ultrasound department has problems such as inadequate quantitative degree, incomplete quantitative scope, and unspecific quantitative content. This article explored the quantitative score program for practice assessment from the views of image acquisition and storage, measurements, and diagnosis. The program consists of specific and detailed score items based on the actual ultrasound operations and diagnosis in clinical practice. Appropriate statistical methods in clinical research was used, and both the teaching and learning of the standardized training were considered. |
